Ruth Ann Bond
I would like to learn more about the little girl in this picture. I know she is a decendant of the Carter County Bond family, but I don't have enough data to know where she fits. The back of the picture has:
"Ruth Ann Bond, age 8, born 1899. Father is William J. Bond and mother is Martha Henderson. Picture taken in front of Great Grandparents house in Carter County, KY."
Strangely, I can't find any of the above folks in census records, or birth and death records. If anyone can provide clues I'll be happy to share other details I've learned.
