John Thomas Burton
This is a photograph of my maternal grandparents, John T. and Mary W. Fultz Burton They lived in Olive Hill, KY all their lives. I don't know what year the photo was taken. John and Mary both are buried in Garvin Ridge Cemetery, Olive Hill, KY.
John Thomas Burton was born in Carter County, KY, January 24, 1870 and died in Olive Hill, KY, February 5, 1942. He is the son of Caleb Burton, born 9/28/1828, Russell Co. VA, died 10/10/1902, KY, and Elizabeth Burchett, born about 1841, died 5/16/1923 in KY.
Mary W. Fultz was born in Carter County, KY on May 30, 1888 and died January 18, 1967 at her sons home in Ashtabula County, Geneva, Ohio. Her residence was in Olive Hill, KY.
Mary W. Fultz was the daughter of George W. Fultz/Fults, born 12/1849, KY., and Sidney "Sally" Roden/Rhoden , born 7/1866, KY.
