Ballard Thomas Cales and Mathilda (Eyrick) Cales.

Ballard was born 13 Feb 1892 in Carter County, Kentucky and died 14 Dec 1966 in Lawrence County, Ohio.
He was the son of Oliver Perry and Tabitha Almeda (Canterbury) Cales.

Ballard is buried in Mt. Zion Methodist Church Cemetery in South Shore, Kentucky.
