"Debra Lynn Caudill Butler, age 45, of State Highway 174, Olive Hill, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, December 3, 2006,
at the St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, Kentucky. Born September 30, 1961, in Carter County, Kentucky,
she is the daughter of Shirley Mabry Caudill of Grayson, Kentucky, and the late Wilbur Caudill.
