Willis and Mary Psimer Cooper
Willis was born October 3, 1900 in Lewis County, the son of Joseph and Mary Jane Stafford Cooper. He died Feb. 4,1983 in Mansfield, Ohio. He married Mary Susan Psimer on July 31, 1926. She was the daughter of John and Laura May Psimer, and was born in 1904 in Portsmouth, Ohio. Mary died on March 22,1943.
Willis and Mary owned a small farm in Carter County before moving to Ohio. "They are my grandparents".
