James and May Counts
This photo is in the possession of Mrs. Glenn Sparks. The photo is in an album which formally belonged to Reuben Fletcher Ross.
This is probably James L. Counts, born 1860, died 1938, who married Virginia May Offill. The note: "J. B. sister" probably is referring to John Cabel Breckenridge Offill, who was the brother of Virginia May Offill.
