William Davis

Found this on the Carter Message Board. Submitted in 2003 by Jerry Davis.

William's death certificate states that he was born in Carter County on April 1, 1857 and died in Lewis County on December 15, 1938.

His wife's name is given as Margaret Carpenter.

His father is given as Henry O. Davis, no mother shown on certificate.
