Arthur Hale and Henrietta Hale

"I know these people (they are related to my sister-in-law). I can't remember Art Hale but I'd say that it is a picture of him and it is his wife Henrietta.
I did know Henrietta well enough to recognize her. I had my sister-in-law check it out this week and she says that she believes it is Art Hale,
