Lucy America Harper
Lucy America Harper,the daughter of John Boggs Harper and Emma Zilla Sparks, was born in 1882. Lucy married James Ellington Johnson. After James Ellington's death, Lucy married a 2nd time to Henry McMillian. They had one child named Charlie Johnson. Although he was a McMillian, Charlie always went by the name Johnson.
