Ida is holding my aunt Virginia Bernice James (Oct 15,1928 to May 18,1984), and George is holding my aunt Gladys Evelyn "Boots" James (Feb 23,1927 to Dec 14, 1993).

Ida Belle Gilliam (15 April 1903 to 10 Oct 1979) was the daughter of Robert Monroe Gilliam and Shrilda (Phillips) Gilliam
George Washington James (4 Oct 1898 to 20 May 1974) was the son of John L. James and Mary (Salyers) James.
They married on 25 Dec 1925.
Their children:
1) Gladys Evelyn James (23 Feb 1927 to 14 Dec 1993) married Charles Edward Rogers on 3 july 1953. He was the son of Elisha Rogers and Ruth (Wilson) Rogers
2) Virginia Bernice James (15 oct 1928 to 18 May 1984) married (1) Watt Rogers (13 Apr 1926 to 14 Apr 1966) on 31 Aug 1947. He was the son of Leonard Rogers and Bernice (Whitt) Rogers.
Virginia married (2) Tommy Junior Conn (23 May 1927 to 10 Dec 2003) on 27 Feb 1970. He was the son of Grace Davis
3) Lillian Pauline James (18 June 1930 to 30 Aug 2007) married Elwood Matthew Carroll (20 Feb 1927 to 28 Apr 1991) in May 1954.
He was the son of James Frank Carroll and Inez (Littleton) Carroll
4) Eleanor Faye James (17 Oct 1933 to 19 Nov 1984) married Sidney Albert Carroll (19 May 1929 to 5 Nov 2000) on 14 Oct 1959.
He was the son of James Frank Carroll and Inez (Littleton) Carroll
5) Hazel Laverne James (29 Apr 1936- ) married Clinton McGlone on 22 Sept 1956. He is the son of Frank McGlone and Grace (Davis) McGlone
6) George Junior James (9 June 1938 to 3 July 2002) married (1) Phyllis Pearl Helderbrand (24 Sept 1941 to 16 Apr 1966).
She was the daughter of James McKinley Hilderbrand and Martha (Workman) Helderbrand.
He married (2) Marie Adkins, the daughter of James and Helen Adkins
7) William Ercel James (25 Sept 1940- ) married Sylvia Mauk on 9 Feb 1968. She is the daughter of Ernest "Preacher" Mauk and Blanche (Powell) Mauk.
8) John Monroe James (14 june 1942- ) married Gayla June James (14 Apr 1946 to 16 Nov 1999) on 30 Nov 1963.
She was the daughter of Willis Fultz and June (Carroll) Fultz.
