This photo is believed to be France Kiser, my 2nd great grandmother. She was born in 1841 in Russel Co., Va to Noah Kiser (born 1809; died 1884) and Boadica "Dicey" Thompson (born 1811; died 1880).
Frances married Stephen Jones about 1857 in Ky. Stephen was born in 1793 and died 29 Oct 1888 in Carter Co. Frances died 18 Apr 1906 in Ky.
They had three children together:
Emaline Jones (twin), born 13 Jul 1876 in Ky; died 10 Sept. 1955 in Carter Co., Ky
Susan "Susie" Jones (twin), born 13 Jul 1876 in Ky; died Unknown
Wilburn Jones, born 30 Nov 1880; died 22 Dec 1914 in Carter Co., Ky.
"I don't know the details about what was wrong with him, just that Wilburn had to be taken care of his whole life."
