Funeral services for Mrs. Martha Adkins, 85, Elliottville, 

who died Friday, Dec. 3, were conducted at 1 p.m. Monday at the Stucky Funeral Home in Morehead by 

Rev. Clifford Price. Burial was in Kegley Cemetery._Mrs. Adkins was born Nov. 15, 1886, a daughter of 

the late Lynn and Rachel (Sparks) Mauk. Her husband, James F. Adkins, preceded her in death.

Surviving are two sons, Charles Adkins of Elliottville and Ranzie Adkins of Bloomingsburg, Ohio; three daughters, 

Mrs. Dorothy Trent of Morehead, and Mrs. Hattie Johnson of Elliottville and Mrs. Annie Dillon, address 

unknown; two sisters, Mrs. Nancy Conley of Olive Hill and Mrs. Alice Crose of Bloomington, Ill., 35
