George David McGinnis
George David McGinnis was born on 24 Jul 1829 in Morgan Co., Ky., the son of William and Jane (Brown) McGinnis.
David married: 1) Malinda Meadows {the d/o Abraham and Sarah (Nevill) Meadows} on 19 Dec 1849.
Their children were Sarah Jane (McGinnis) Bush, Edward McGinnis, and Henderson "Henry" C. McGinnis.
David married: 2) Sarah Ann Dysard {d/o Isaac and Louisa (Crump) Dysard/Dysart} on 9 Oct 1858.
Their children were Alpha Nevada (McGinnis) Everman, Mary "Mallie" Ellen (McGinnis) Baker,
Isaac Newton McGinnis, Dr. George William "Doc" McGinnis and Pearl F. (McGinnis) Hall.
David died on 18 Jan 1908 in Carter County, Kentucky and was buried in the McGinnis-Baker Cemetery.
