Loretta (Nickell) Fowler.

"Loretta Fowler, 68, of 526 Russell Ave., passed away at 8:01 a.m. Monday, March 12, 2007, at Hospice House in Poland, after a lengthy illness.

She was born on June 8, 1938, in Olive Hill, Ky., the daughter of George and Grace Black Nickell."
