Jim Parsons
This photo is in the possession of Mrs. Glenn Sparks. The photo is in an album which formally belonged to Reuben Fletcher Ross. I have no other information on Jim.
There is a James Parsons, born in September 1894, the brother of Thomas Huston Parsons. Jim appears to be wearing a WWI uniform, so James is a good possibility.
