Joe Porter married Mary Goodan and Monnie Skaggs;
Harris Porter married Ruth Goodan;
Elliott Porter married Virgie Skaggs.
The Jacobs men who married 3 of the daughters were sons of Ira Jacobs and Martha Gee.
The Porter men who married 3 of the other daughters were all sons of Alexander Francis Porter and Laura Bell Foulton.
Mary and Ruth Goodan were sisters, as were Monnie and Virgie Skaggs.
