William Albert P'Simer was born in Floyd County on Aug 16, 1853 and he died March 1888.
His wife was Amanda Susan Conley, born Dec 8,1856 in Carter County-died May 17,1946 in Clay County, WV. She was the daughter of Isaac and Elizabeth Day Conley. After Williams death Amanda married James Wesley Mcleese.
Children, left to right are William "Bill", John in the center, and the baby is Ben.
