"Frank P. Rice Sr., age 83, of Carter County, KY, died Tuesday, February 24th, 2004, at Kings Daughters Medical Center. 

He was born October 4th, 1920, in Carter County, a son of the late Dixie Lee and Walter Campbell Rice."
