William and Ken Rice
This photo was among a group of previously unidentified individuals, known to be Rice - related.
The photos were given to me by Aletha Vlasek at the Rattlesnake Ridge Genealogy Club meeting on April 26, 2008.
David Tucker did some research on this photo:
"Note that one of the photos is of Bill and wife and brother Ken." "Alfred Rice, son of James B. Rice had a brother Charles Rice who lived near him in the Hitchens area through the 1920 census but by the 1930 census is living in Boyd County. Note that some of the photos mention Princess and Ashland, Kentucky which are in Boyd County." "Charles Rice had a son William (Bill) and a son Kenneth (Ken). Bill and Kenneth would have been nephews of Alfred and first cousins to James Paul Rice and note that the photo of Paula and Francis refers to them as the wife and daughter of cousin Paul. It is for this reason that I believe the Bill and Ken are the sons of Charles W. Rice."
