Frank Denver Ross
Frank is the son of Dempsey French Ross. Dempsey was born in Carter County, Ky.
This was a family reunion at my sister's (Paula (Tulga) Haldeman) home. About 2003 I believe.

Bobby, Frank and Betty (my mother) are all children of Dempsey French Ross and Talma Virginia (Fitzpatrick) Ross.
Isabelle was the daughter of Dempsey Ross and Charlotte (Grizzle) Ross. Charlotte was born in Carter County, but died soon after she and Dempsey moved to
to Jackson, Ohio. Dempsey and Charlotte also had a son, Wayne Ross.
Dempsey Ross was born in Carter Co., Ky.
I believe the photo was taken about 1979-1982.

Frank and Rosie also had a son named Monte Joseph Ross and a daughter, Mary Jane Ross.
