My cousin Kathy McKinney is doing volenteer work on the Kentucky Vital Records Project. 
She came across this picture of her mother and she knew they were all related. Ingrams.   
I told her to ask our cousin Richard Ingram in Fleming Ky.   
I also told her to let me know if she came across Tackett pictures.   
Thats exactly WHO this turned out to be! 

This is my Great Uncle Cora Tackett's brother Ernest and my Grandfather Fletcher Ingram's sister,
Ernest Tackett's wife Florence Ingram, and the little boy is Franklin Johnson Florence and Flecther's sister Charolette's son whom they raised. 
The Blonde haired lady is Kathy's Mother.
