This is a photo of Nancy Lou Emma (Whitt) Brammer, and Edna Goodman (Kegley) Jarvis.

The photo was taken ca1927 - 1929 in a section of Olive Hill known as the "Alley" along side Tygart Creek and the C & O Railroad.
The photo was taken near where the current city maintenance building is now located.
We think the boy standing holding the flag is Burel Kegley, son of Edna Kegley. Not sure who the little girl in the picture is.
