Henry Clay Zorns
Henry Clay Zorns was born April 8, 1882 in Carter county, KY and died May 7, 1943.
He is buried beside Maud at Meadow, TX.
Henry Clay Zorns, Sr. came to Meadow in 1923 and was superintendent of Meadow schools for four years.
After this, he taught at three rural Terry County schools; Prairieview, Needmore,
and Pool and returned to Meadow in 1940 when Pool consolidated with Meadow.
He was principal of Meadow Elementary School when he died on May 7, 1943.
He had been a principal or superintendent for 29 years prior to his death
