A passenger coach of the C&O branch that ran from Garrison as far as Gesling.
Most passengers disembarked at Carter City. My father, a ten year old who 
lived near the tracks on Smith Creek, described the train as being  "as 
pretty a sight as you'd ever see" as it chugged it's way along, belching 
sparks and smoke. Along the route the train would stop to pick up milk cans 
that a farmer left out or an occasional passenger. It was a small 
train.  Only four cars or coaches was the most that it could haul over a 
hazardous section of the road called Deep Cut.
