Sextons
The picture was previously in the possession of the submitter's Aunt, Sylvia Lucas Stein. The submitter inherited the photo when Sylvia passed away. The submitter is pretty sure that the photo is from Carter County. The submitter feels very sure that these people are members of the Sexton family and are related to her.
