Second row L-R - the 5th lady in long white dress is Elsie Cline Logan. She was married to Leonard Logan who died abt. 1948 in Ky. They had 2 daughters: Stella Marie Logan b. July 2, 1918, d. July 4, 1957, married Charles E. "Monk" Brown. Thelma Logan b. April 16, 1916, Olive Hill, Ky. d. July 1978 married Cecil Holbrook. They are also in the picture.
Second row second child is Thelma Logan, child standing beside Elsie is Stella Logan. This may be the Logan family. Anyone recognize any of them please contact the submitter.
