I Andrew Littleton make my last will and testament on earth. First I will my two sons F. M. (Note by DKT: Francis Marion) and W. W. Littleton (Note by DKT: William Walter) the land which I now own lying and being in Carter County, Ky. Known as part of the McVirgin farm on the east side of Little Sandy River said land to be divided as follows. Each one of said boys to have one half of the bottom land and each one of said boys to have one half of the hill land I also will to Effie Stone and Burtie Stone the children of my daughter Tabitha Stone one Dollar and also I will to my daughter Martha Kiser one dollar and so I will to my daughter George James one dollar and also I will to Nora Littleton one dollar and also I will to Florence Littleton one dollar and also I will to Laura B. Littleton one dollar signed by myself March 2, 1902.

I W. H. Mocube Clerk of the Carter County Court do certify that the forgoing Will of Andrew Littleton deceased was on the 12th day of May 1902 produced in open court and proven by the oaths of Stephen F. Easterling and Albert O. Hannah the two attesting witnesses thereto whereupon it is ordered by the court that said will be admitted to record as the last will and testament of Andrew Littleton deceased and the same is now recorded in my office.

Witness my hand this the 4th day of June 1902.
