I John Littleton do hereby make my last Will and Testament in manner and form following  
All the property, that is to say that I own both real and personal I will to my beloved wife 
Toleitha(Talitha) to be enjoyed by her during her natural life  first - land lying on Little 
Sinking from George Counts and Wm Saulsberry farm down as to include three hundred acres  
The other property consisting of stock of different kinds and household property  
The land I will to James M. Littleton   

George Littleton's children I will fifteen shillings each and Arty Littleton I will 
the cleared land on the branch below her home  I will to Jesse Littleton and daughter Amanda 
I will one ?head and ?luading  I will Joseph D. Littleton one dollar  I will Hanson H. Littleton one dollar.
I will Martha Pete one dollar  I will Andrew V. Littleton twenty dollars  
Elender Huntsman twenty dollars  Amanda G. Gee twenty dollars
