given as the only resident heirs are present as stated:

four hundred and sixty four 33/100 dollars in the hands of
the administrator October 12 - 1859 subject however to
deduction or credit for other debts he has paid and
disbursements he has made to some of the heirs; and on
which he is entitled to interest from Sept 14 - 1853 ..(?) all
sums paid before that time and from the time of
payment on all paid after that date.

From the administrators report and some of the debts
he shows he has paid said debt amount to $103.69.
besides interest on some of them. As interest is charged to
him after 2 years he will be entitled to interest as named
There wll be some other costs for settling and may be
other debts not named by the Administrator, therefore I
