Fairview. Built circa 1870, the home of Dr. Edward S. Stuart and his family. Upon the death of Dr. Stuarts wife "Miss Jennie" in 1912, Dr. Stuart found money she had saved stored in the attic and closets. He gave the money to establish Jennie Stuart Memorial Hospital in her memory.
