THOMAS LAMBERTGleaner Staff report BANK OFFICER LAMBERT DIE Prominent Henderson resident Thomas Wilson Lambert died Tuesday evening of a heart attack at his summer home in Nags Head N. C. Lambert, 72, of 675 Watson Lane died at 6:30 p.m. He was the son of the late Phelps and Margaret Lambert.
He was a lifelong member if the Presbyterian Church of Henderson, a graduate of the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania, a Navy veteran of World War II and present of the Red Front Grocery Stores.
Lambert was chairman of the board of the Farmers Bank and Trust Co., and a member of the Elks Club.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Purdy Lambert; three sons, James Lambert of Lexington, Dr. Clark Lambert of Mt. Clair, N. J. , and Phelps Lambert of Henderson; and three grandchildren.
Arrangements are pending at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Chapel.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to charity.
Services for Thomas Wilson Lambert, 72, of 675 Watson Lane, who died Tuesday at his summer home in Mags Head, N. C. will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Chapel with Dr. W. Marvin Randoilph officiating. Burial will be in Fernwood Cemetery.
Friends may call from 7:30 to 9 Today and 9 to 11 a.m. Friday.

Mansfield, formerly of Hopkinsville, died
Sunday, March 12, 2000, at a hospital in Mansfield
of natural causes.Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at St. Peter's
Catholic Church, Mansfield, with the Rev. Herb
Weber officiating. Burial will be in Most Pure
Heart of Mary Cemetery, Shelby, Ohio. Visitation
will be from 6 until 8 tonight at Barkdull Funeral
Home, Shelby.A native of Bandy, Va., he was born July 13, 1933,
the son of Thomas E. and Grace E. Hinkel Lambert.
He was project manager with Pittsburg Tube Co.
and had been in charge of building plants in
Hopkinsville and Pontiac, Ill. He was Catholic.Survivors include his wife, Berdie Sheridan
Lambert; two sons. three daughters, a brother, three
sisters and nine grandchildren.
