Sebree, Ky., - Services for Mrs. Emma Anna LEGATT 88, who died Thursday at Henderson Convalescent Home, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Tompkins Funeral Home, with burial in Springdale Cemetery.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Huston BRYANT of Evansville. Mrs. Ruby HOWE of Sebree, Ky., and Mrs. Beulah HUNTER of Robards, Ky.; two sons, Leeroy of Evansville and James Crawford "Pet" of Sebree; one brother Rhoden RHODES of El Paso, Texas; four sisters, Mrs. Burton SAMPLES and Mrs. Hassie LITTLEPAGE, both of Henderson, Mrs. Eula LITTLEPGE and Jessie ORSBURN both of Evansville. Twelve grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. (1878-1969,born in Wilson Co., Tenn., W. Benjamin "Ben" LEGATT and Emma Anna RHODES married 1899 in Webster Co. Ky.)

Verlie Legatt, 98, of Duncanville, Texas, formerly of Evansville, died last Saturday in a nursing home in Duncanville.
Surviving are a daughter, Trecy Andreasen of Duncanville; a sister, Golda Sellers of Bradenton, Fla; four grandchildren including a granddaughter whom she reared, Joan Offerman of Evansville; seven great grandchildren and a great great grandchild.
Private memorial services were in Duncanville.
The body was cremated and will be returned to Sebree, Ky, at a later date.
