OUTLAW
VICKI OUTLAWWhite Plains, Ky - Miss Vicki Outlaw, an accomplished and very highly esteemed young lady of this vicinity, suicided yesterday by taking morphine. Deceased was an orphan, 19 years of age.
Her father, W.H. Outlaw, died in October 1883; her mother died in 1885, and her homeless, unprotected condition is the only cause that can be assigned for the rash act.
She was teacher for the Concord school and was highly esteemed as a teacher. her physician, Dr. Reddick, was called in and remained with her until her death, but his efforts to relieve her were futile. She was a member of the Universalist church of this place.
