CLAYTON MATTHEW PHILLIPSClayton Matthew Phillips, 5-month -old son of Mr. and Mrs. Randall Phillips of 33 S. Holloway, died at 1:45 a.m. Sunday at Community Methodist Hospital.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Stephanie Amanda and Jennifer Marie; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth R. Hailman and Mr. and Mrs. John T. Gish and Betty Brisby, all of Henderson; Great-grandparents, Annie Sugg of Zion, Gussie Todd of Henderson, Lila Brisby of Huntsville, Ala., Mr. and Mrs. Ben Franey of Kissimee, Fla.. He was also the grandson of the late Waylon Phillips.
Services will be at 11 a.m. today at Benton-Glunt Funeral Home with the Rev. Eugene Hamilton officiating. Burial will be in Fairmont Cemetery.

from injuries received in a one car accident. A native of Trigg Co. he was born July 9 1946, the son of Robert and Minnie Calhoun Phillips.
he is survived by two sons Donnie and Bobby Phillips, both of Jacksonville, Ill., a daughter Tammy Eades, Trgg Co., Two sisters
and 12 grandchildren.
John D. Phillips, 58, of 228 Jefferson St. died at 11:45 p.m. Wednesday at Community Methodist Hospital. He was a member of Holy Name Catholic Church and a Marine Corps veteran of World War II.
He is survived by his wife, Kathleen; four daughters, Kay and June Bazemore of Goldsboro, N. C.. Mary Virginia and Dorothy Phillips at home; eight sons, Johnny Ray of Beaver Dam, Thomas, James and Terry all of Henderson, Larry, William and Robert at home; one brother Thomas Phillips of Henderson; seven sisters, Louise Fox and Katherine Schwartz, both of Evansville, Helen Wyne and Ruth Baron, both of Henderson, Anna Laura Westbrook of Goldsboro, Frances Fletcher of Topeka, Kan., and Cecelia Bartenski of Baltimore, Md.; and four grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Holy Name Catholic Church with burial in St. Louis Cemetery. the Rev. E. E. Willett will officiate. Prayers will be at 7:30 tonight at Benton-Glunt Funeral Home, where friends may call anytime.
