This is the death certificate of Vernola (aka Nola) Lemaster, daughter of
Dock Lemaster and Lorinda Burchett. Nola was originally buried in Pendleton Cemetery. Due to the Paintsville Lake Project, she is now buried in Johnson County Memorial Cemetery in Staffordsville. She is buried
next to her parents, Rinda and Dock.
Dock & Rinda Lemaster are my gr. gr. grandparents.

As you will note that the certificate lists her mother as Sarah Burchett. This is in error.
The 1900 Morgan County census lists Dock & Rinda Lemaster with 4 children. The oldest being Vernola
age 7.
