My dear cousin it is with much pleasure that I seat my self down to drop you a few lines this sad and lonsome night to let you no that we are all well hoping this will find you the same. Well John when are you a comming out. Well write and tell me soon I am with Rip Might Heart and have a long chat with him well John I guess I will get to go to church a Friday night that is sumpthing we dont have out here very often well I guess I will come out sometime but I dont no when it will be. Well John I dont no when I will see you but dear little cousin if we are never permitted upon this green earth to see each other we will meet on the sweet deliverence there by and by We are done laying by cropse see if you can tell me the same well I have had a very nice time since I have bin here. I am a going to school. Write and tell me when you are a going to marry I have bin a fishing several times I want you to ancer my letter. So I will close for this time as the flees is bothering me badly - from your friend
