Martha Jo Evans, 65, of West Liberty, died Thursday Jun 1 2000 at her home. Mrs. Evans was born Oct. 27, 1934, at Jackson, a daughter of the late Walter and Hazel Russell Hayes. Surviving are two sons, Mike Evans of Shepherdsville, and Chuck Evans of Madisonville; two daughters, Debbie Perry of West Liberty, and Diana Gevedon of Richmond; a brother, Russell Kash Hayes; a sister, Mary Gabbard; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Burial was in Evans Cemetery.
