Nancy Pendleton, 91, of West Liberty, died Tuesday Jul.25 2000 in Morgan County Appalachian Regional Hospital. Mrs. Pendleton was born Oct. 15, 1908, in Morgan County, a daughter of the late Powell and Nickeytie Dawson Smith. Surviving are a daughter, Margaret Daniel of Paintsville; a son, George H. Pendleton of West Liberty; a brother, Junior Smith of Addison, Ala.; 12 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Potter Funeral Home in West Liberty by the Rev. Jesse Smith and the Rev. Paul E. Keeton. Burial will be in Dawson Cemetery.
