Nathan was born 28 May 1831 in Scott Co., VA and died 27 Jul 1908 at
Grassy Creek, Morgan Co., KY. He was the son of Zachariah and Sarah
(Frazier) Fugate.
Mary Jane was born 27 Sep 1835 in Scott Co., VA and died 30 Jan 1922
Chapel Pct., Morgan Co., KY. She was the daughter of Jesse and Elizabeth
(Alexander) Browning.
They were married 10 Jan 1853 in Scott Co., VA.
They moved to Morgan Co., KY on the Licking River about 1855. They
settled first at Flatwoods (later known as the Woodsbend area), and then
about six miles away at Grassy Creek about 1885.
