Mrs. Jewell Wanda Barron, age 57 of Richmond, and formerly of Mt. Vernon, died Friday, Feb. 27 at the Pattie A. Clay Regional Medical Center in Richmond. She was born in Mt. Vernon on Feb. 6, 1947 the daughter of Robert T. and Arthie Lou Overbay Kirby. She was a homemaker and a member of the Chestnut Ridge Church of Christ. She is survived by her husband, Robert Everett Barron; two sons, Anthony Ray Barron of Richmond and Jeffery Dean Barron of Olive Hill; two daughters, Rhonda Louise Rose of Winchester, and Judy Ann Barron of Richmond; three brothers, Estil Earl Kirby of Findley, OH, Carniville Lee Kirby (Carol) of Bloomdale, OH, and Raymond Kirby (Darlene) of Mt. Vernon; and two sisters, Lillian Marie Snyder (Jesse) of Mt. Vernon, and Brenda Sue Stephens (Edward) of Lexington. Also surviving are six grandchildren, Amy Barron, Anthony Jordon Barron, Elizabeth Barron, Crystal Rose, Kelly Rose, and Darren Rose; and ten special children, Cory and Ryan Fitchpatrick, Kenny and Shane Wilburn, Elizabeth Clem, Dustin, Kyle, and Dezirae Porter, Kelsey Penticuff, and Earl Cassity. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Terry Lee Barron; and a sister, Ruby Lozier.
