Mr. James O. Bell age 76, of Rt.#1 Brodhead died Saturday March 13, 2004 at the Rockcastle Health & Rehabilitation Center in Brodhead. He was born April 20, 1927 in Rockcastle County the son of the late William and Margret Hayes Bell. He was a retired Mechanic & Grocery Store Owner, enjoyed woodworking, and was a member of the Ottawa Baptist Church.

Survivors are: one son; Steven M. Kemper of Pompano Beach, Fla. Two daughters. Mrs. Paula Bullock, and husband Shane of Brodhead, and Mrs. Loretta Goodwin of Hamilton, Ohio. Two sisters; Mrs. Mattie Lee Willoughby of Owingsville, Ky., and Mrs. Mildred Woosley of Mt. Sterling, Ky. Seven grandchildren also survive.
