Mr. Robert Carlos Brown, II, age 33 of Muncy, IN, died Wednesday, Sep. 6 in Stearns, KY. He was born in Muncy, IN on Aug. 17, 1971 the son of Robert and Margaret Jean Black Brown. He was a small engine repairman.

He is survived by his mother, Margaret Jean Matthews of Bowman, SC; six sisters, Faith Spires, of Mt. Vernon, Elizabeth Pesce of Lafollette, TN, Ginger Gale Habben and Pepper Dale Habben, both of Kansas, and Robin Brown and Dee Brown, both of Indiana; two nieces, Jessica Denny and Heather Spires, both of Mt. Vernon; and one nephew, Ivan Habben of Kansas.
