Mr. Howard Taft Bullock age 75, of Rt.#1
Mt. Vernon died Monday January
12, 2004 at the Rockcastle Health & Rehabilitation Center in Brodhead
after a long illness. He was born on August 8, 1928 in Rockcastle County the son of the late
Swan and Rosie Price Bullock. He was a retired farmer, owner and operator of a sawmill
& trucking business, enjoyed hunting & fishing, was a Ky. Colonel, and was a
member of the Blue Springs Church of Christ.
Survivors are: his wife; Mrs. Ruth Harper Bullock of Rt.#1
Mt. Vernon.
Two sons; Rick Bullock, and wife Tammie of Rt.# 1 Mt. Vernon, and Randy Bullock,
and wife Becky of Rt.#3 Brodhead. Two daughters; Mrs. Vivian Mullins, and husband
Logan of Rt.#5 Mt. Vernon, and Mrs. Vicky Sears, and husband Lewis of Somerset. Four
brothers; Ernest Bullock of Westchester, Ohio, Floyd Bullock of Somerset, Bentley
Bullock of Sharonville, Ohio, and Bobby Bullock of Corbin. Two sisters; Mrs. Melvina
Weathington, and Mrs. Helen Bullock both of Somerset. One grandchild; Angela Mullins Sowder
and husband Chris. One great grandchild; Erica Draven Clouse. Four
step-grandchildren; Tamara Brumley, Julia Sears, and Aaron, and Ashley Ridner. One step-great
grandchild; Christopher Hensley also survives. He was preceded in death by: four
sisters; Georgia Chaney, Betty Owens, Anna Bullock, and Geneva Harper. |
