Mrs. Lonnie Denney age 59, of Rt. #5 Livingston died Monday May 5, 2003 at her home after a long illness. She was born on May 17, 1943 in Rockcastle County the daughter of the late Lloyd and Gracie Carpenter Blackburn. She was a seamstress, and a member of the Sand Hill Baptist Church.
Survivors are: one son; James Edward Denney of Rt. #5 Mt. Vernon. Three daughters; Mrs. Sue Ann Denney of Rt. #5 Livingston, Mrs. Darlene Denney of Rt. #5 Mt. Vernon, and Mrs. Diana Stewart, and husband Allan Lee of Rt. #5 Mt. Vernon. Three brothers; Glenn, and Jackie Blackburn both of Rt. 5 Livingston, and Dean Blackburn of Berea, Ky. Three sisters; Mrs. Bonnie Kirby of Rt. 3 Mt. Vernon, Mrs. Fonnie Burke of Rt.5 Livingston, and Mrs. Jo Ann Robbins of Goshen, Ohio. Six grandchildren, and one great grandchild also survive. She was preceded in death by: one son; Rocky Lee Denney, one daughter; Patsy Jean Denney and by one brother; Johnny Blackburn. |
