Rikki Kay Allene Estepp, age 12, of Cincinnati, Ohio, daughter of Ira Partin, Jr. and Constance Gail Estepp, departed this life, June 14, 2004.

She was born on June 1, 1992 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was a member of the Baptist Faith. She was a student of McKinley Elementary in Cincinnati, Ohio. She enjoyed swimming, reading/writing, porcelain dolls and had a desire to help others.

Those left to mourn her passing include her parents, Ira Partin, Jr. and Constance Gail Estepp of Cincinnati, Ohio; two brothers-Randy & Tony Estepp of Cincinnati, Ohio; a sister-Dynasty Estepp, two step sisters-Daniele Prinzbach and Elisha Prinzbach; paternal grandparents-Ira and Mildred Partin of Orlando, Ky. and maternal grandparents-Jake & Allene Estepp.
