Mr. Claude E. Johnson, 69 of Franklin, Ohio died Friday April 16, 2004 in Franklin. He was born on April 26, 1934 in Hancock County, Tennesse the son of the late Jesse and Mary McCoy Johnson. He professed Christ at an early age and joined the Providence Baptist Church in Tennessee. He joined the Air Force soon after graduating from high school and served in the Korean Conflict. He was a Mason and was retired from General Motors.

Survivors are: One brother; Hugh E. Johnson of Hilton, VA. Two sisters; Jessie Wolfe of Mooresburg, TN and Joy Helton of Tazewell, TN. Several Neices and nephews and a host of cousins and other relatives also survive. He was preceded in death by his wife of 41 years; Pauline Mink Johnson, by three brothers; Rufus, George, and Ernest Johnson, and by six sisters;Birdie Vaughn, Julie Wolfe, Bessie Bowlin, Ida Johnson, Hazel Johnson, and Ester Scearce.
