Charles Dwain Kelley, 56, of Hamilton, Ohio, died Thursday, July 31, 2003 at Ft. Benning, GA. He was born in Livingston on October 16, 1946, the son of William and Mabel Cummins Kelley. He retired from Delphi Harrison Thermal Systems in 2002 after a 35 year career. He was currently employed by the Transportation Security Agency at the Greater Cincinnati Airport. He was a SFC in the U.S. Army Reserve Company B, I-330th, 84th Division from Richmond, IN. He served in active duty in Vietnam and had a total of 17 years of military service.
Survivors are his wife of 34 years, Gail Lange Kelley; three sons, Jody Kelley (Kathy), Brian Kelley and Daniel Kelley and fiancé Cheryl Paragin, all of Hamilton, Ohio; two sisters, Verna Houston and Brenda Saylor, both of Mt. Vernon; two brothers, Robert Fields (Eddie) of Mt. Vernon and John Kelley (Jerri) of Nancy and four grandchildren.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Clara Fields and a nephew, Todd Fields.
Funeral services were conducted Friday, August 8 at the Webb Noonan Funeral Home in Hamilton, OH by Bro. Robert Fields. Burial was in the Rose Hill Burial Park.
