Mrs. Opha Marler age 74, of Cincinnati, Oh and formerly of Mt. Vernon died Thursday July 10, 2003 at the Deaconess Hospital in Cincinnati. She was born on March 19, 1929 in Rockcastle County the daughter of the late Bert and Effie Kirby. She was a retired line leader for a toy factory, enjoyed traveling, and was a member of the Pentecostal faith.
Survivors are: her husband; Glen Marler of Cincinnati. One son; Calvin Marler of Cincinnati. One daughter; Mrs. Margie Harris of Rt. #1 Mt. Vernon. One brother; Sylvester Kirby of Mt. Vernon. One sister; Mrs. Margaret Grody of Springboro, Oh. Four grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren also survive. She was preceded in death by; two brothers, and two sisters. | |
