Mrs. Doris Jean McHargue, age 76 of Louisville, died Tuesday, Oct. 26 at the Audabon Hospital in Louisville. She was born in Knox County, KY on Sep. 30, 1928, the daughter of George and Eva Mahan Phipps. She was a homemaker and a member of the Livingston Pentecostal Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Brenda Hagan (Mark) of Louisville; one brother, J. B. Phipps of Livingston; one sister, Dema Norman of Powell, TN; three grandchildren; and one daughter-in-law, Teresa McHargue of Louisville. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Cecil McHargue; and a son, Rickey McHargue.
