Mr. John W. McHargue age 45, of Mt. Vernon died Saturday April 26, 2003 at the Rockcastle Hospital. He was born on August 28, 1957 in Rockcastle County the son of Claude and Lena Sowder McHargue of Mt. Vernon. He was carpenter, and enjoyed gardening, and landscaping.
Survivors are: his fiancée; Mrs. Vonda Hasty of Mt. Vernon. One son; Chris McHargue of Richmond. One daughter; Mrs. Cherie Eynn McHargue of Louisville. Four sisters; Mrs. Claudette Madison of Bronston, Ky., Mrs. Cathy Osborne, Mrs. Jeanne Hayes, and Mrs. JoAnn Hilton all of Mt. Vernon. Four nieces and nephews also survive. He was preceded in death by: two brothers; Charlie Ray, and Jackie Dean McHargue. | |
